What to have ready.

Machine ID

Look for the machine identifier on the service label or use the QR code attached to the machine.

Transaction details

For refunds, note the date, approximate time, amount, payment method, and product or selection.

Card safety

Never submit a complete card number. The refund form asks only for the last four digits when useful.
