This notice explains the basic information processed through the MK Refreshments website and forms.

Information you provide
When you use a contact, service-request, or refund form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company or location information, machine identifier, transaction details, and the contents of your message. Refund forms may request the final four digits of a payment card; do not submit a complete card number.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential vending locations, provide support, investigate refund requests, maintain ordinary business records, and protect the forms from abuse.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and provides Turnstile verification. Resend processes form-notification and refund-confirmation emails. These providers may process technical and submitted information as needed to provide their services.
Website data
The hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request logs, and security signals needed to deliver and protect the website. This site does not currently use advertising trackers.
Sharing
MK Refreshments does not sell contact information. Information may be shared with service providers used to host the website, prevent abuse, deliver email, or operate the business, and when required by law.
Retention
Inquiry and refund information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.
